NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Open Book session for the Town of Auburndale will be held on:

๐ Location: Auburndale Town Hall
During this session, the assessment roll will be available for examination. Property owners may discuss their assessments with the Town Assessor. Appointments are encouraged and can be made by contacting the assessor.
The Board of Review will convene on:

๐ Location: Auburndale Town Hall
Pursuant to ยง70.47(7)(aa), Wis. Stats., the Board of Review will be in session to hear sworn statements and evidence from property owners who have timely filed a written objection and provided notice of intent to appear.
To appear before the Board of Review, property owners must:
- File a written and signed Objection Form (PA-115A), available from the Town Clerk or online PA-115a.
- This form can also be found on the depeartment or revenue site: https://www.revenue.wi.gov.
- Provide at least 48 hours notice of intent to file and appear before the Board.
- Meet all statutory requirements set forth in ยง70.47, Wis. Stats.
Important Note: No person may appear before the Board of Review, testify, or object to a valuation unless that person has complied with the statutory requirements.

Road Closed for 6 to 8 weeks
Poplar Dive between H and Y is being closed due to a failing bridge. The lenght of time it remains closed will be depending on how long the weight limits stay on.

Culvert Replacement
The culvert and road on Wren Lane collapsed and needed immediate replacement. The county was notified first but Jeff Ertl Trucking could get to it the quickest and since the road couldn't be closed they were used for the repair.
