Call for Bids

Sealed bids will be accepted and opened on Monday May 12, 2025 during the regular meeting, at 7 pm at the Auburndale Town Hall.
Granite as needed and ¾" roadbase as needed delivered anywhere in the township north or south of highway 10.
Approximately 100 loads per estimated 1 mile stretch.
Proof of insurance must accompany bids.
The Town of Auburndale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received.

Road Tour

The board and anyone in the public who would like to go on a road tour is welcome to meet at the town hall at 12:30 PM on Saturday April 19th 2025

March 11 2025

Road Closed for 6 to 8 weeks

Poplar Dive between H and Y is being closed due to a failing bridge. The lenght of time it remains closed will be depending on how long the weight limits stay on.

Culvert Replacement

The culvert and road on Wren Lane collapsed and needed immediate replacement. The county was notified first but Jeff Ertl Trucking could get to it the quickest and since the road couldn't be closed they were used for the repair.
